About
Members that would like to attend a Board meeting as a guest are asked to follow these guidelines:
• Guests need to notify the Vice President or the Secretary that they intend to attend a Board meeting (or RSVP to the meeting via the NSCC website).
• Guests are observers only, unless directly addressed by a Board member.
• Should the Board deem it necessary to go into closed session, all guest will be excused at the conclusion of the general Board meeting.
• Any guest that has business they would like to discuss at the Board meeting needs to notify the Vice President at least 48 hours prior to the Board meeting with the topic to be discussed.
