NSCC Board Meeting

All NSCC members are allowed to attend the monthly Board meetings, usually held on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM at Woodfire Tavern. Here are the policies that the Board recently formalized regarding attendance at Board meetings by non-Board members:

·        Guests need to notify the Vice President or the Secretary that they intend to attend a Board meeting (or RSVP to the meeting via the NSCC website).

·        Guests are observers only, unless directly addressed by a Board member.

·        Should the Board deem it necessary to go into closed session, all guests will be excused at the conclusion of the general Board meeting.

·        Any guest that has business they would like to discuss at the Board meeting needs to notify the Vice President at least 48 hours prior to the Board meeting with the topic to be discussed.

Monthly club board meeting, club members welcome, our club board must be notified in advance.
